    \[{{I}_{cm}}=\frac{1}{2}M{{R}^{2}}=\frac{1}{2}\times 2\times {{(0.1)}^{2}}=0.01\,kg-{{m}^{2}}\] About an axis passing through the edge \[I={{I}_{cm}}+M{{R}^{2}}\] (Theorem of \[|\,\,|\]axis)                 \[=0.01+2\times {{(0.1)}^{2}}\]                 \[=0.03\,kg-{{m}^{2}}\]
