    \[P\times t=ms\Delta t\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[2.1\times {{10}^{3}}\times t=1.5\times 4200\]                                 \[\times [(100+273)-(20{}^\circ +273)]\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[t=\frac{1.5\times 4200\times 80}{2.1\times {{10}^{3}}}=240\,s\]
