     The magnetic flux linked with a coil is  given by \[\text{o }\!\!|\!\!\text{ =3}{{\text{t}}^{2}}+4t+9\] The relation for induced emf is                                 \[E=\frac{d\text{o }\!\!|\!\!\text{ }}{dt}\]                                 \[=\frac{d}{dt}(3{{t}^{2}}+4t+9)\]                                 \[=6t+4\] Hence, the induced emf at \[t=2\]second is                 \[{{E}_{2}}=6\times 2+4=12+4=16\,\text{volt}\]
