     The magnetic flux linked with a coil is given by \[\phi =3{{t}^{2}}+4t+9\] The relation for induced emf is \[E=\frac{d\phi }{dt}\] \[=\frac{d}{dt}(3{{t}^{2}}+4t+9)\] \[=6t+4\] Hence, the induced emf at t = 2 second is \[{{E}_{2}}=6\times 2+4=12+4=16\]volt
