    Solution :

     From the formula \[\frac{{{\upsilon }_{A}}}{{{\upsilon }_{B}}}=\sqrt{\frac{{{T}_{A}}}{{{T}_{B}}}}\times \frac{{{r}_{B}}}{{{r}_{A}}}\] \[=\sqrt{\frac{T}{2T}}\times \frac{r}{2r}=\frac{1}{2\sqrt{2}}\]
