    Solution :

    : Luteinising hormone induces rupturing of Graafian follicle. Both LH and FSH attain peak level in the middle of cycle (i.e., about 14th day) and lead to ovulation. Therefore, on 14th day there are more chances of fertilization and conception. Vasectomy is a sterilization technique for males in which two vasa deferentia are cut and tied up in order to prevent the passage of sperms.
