    : Chromatophores in the cytoplasm of cyanobacteria contain photosynthetic pigments. Acrocentric chromosome have two  grossly unequal arms. Elaioplasts, amyloplasts and aleuroplasts are leucoplasts that contain lipids, starch and proteins, respectively. Axoneme, a cytoskeletal structure forms the inner core of cilia and flagella. It is composed of microtubules arranged in a characteristic pattern.
