    Solution :

    Since, coulombian force \[F=qE\]                 or            \[ma=qE\]                 \[\Rightarrow \]               \[a=\frac{qE}{m}\]                 So,          \[a\propto \frac{1}{m}\]                 \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{{{a}_{e}}}{{{a}_{p}}}=\frac{{{m}_{p}}}{{{m}_{e}}}\]
