    Solution :

    Reactance \[{{X}_{C}}=\frac{1}{\omega C}=\frac{1}{2\pi fC}\] or            \[f=\frac{1}{2\pi {{X}_{C}}.C}\] Given,     \[C=5\mu F,\]\[{{X}_{C}}=\frac{1}{1000}\Omega \] \[\therefore \]  \[f=\frac{1}{2\pi \left( \frac{1}{1000} \right)\times 5\times {{10}^{-6}}}\] \[=\frac{1000}{10\pi \times {{10}^{-6}}}=\frac{100\times {{10}^{6}}}{\pi }Hz\]                 \[=\frac{100}{\pi }MHz\]
