    Solution :

                    The ultrafiltration process takes place in Malpighian tubules of nephrons. The wall of glomerular capillaries along with specialized cells of the capsule, acts as nitration device (glomerulus + Bowman's capsule = Malpighian tubule). Due to net or effective nitration pressure which ranges between 10 to 15 mm Hg, about 20% of plasma fluid filters out into the Bowman's capsule. This is called glomerular filtrate.
