    Capacitors \[3\mu F\] and \[6\mu F\] are in parallel,  therefore their resultant capacitance,       \[C'=3+6=9\mu F\] Capacitors \[4.5\mu F\]and \[9\mu F\]are in series, therefore their resultant capacitance,                       \[\frac{1}{C}=\frac{1}{9}+\frac{1}{4.5}=\frac{1+2}{9}\]                 \[\frac{1}{C}=\frac{1}{3}\]                 \[C=3\mu F\] Given  \[V=12\text{ }volt\] \[\therefore \]  Charge,   \[q=CV\]                 \[=3\times 12=36\mu C\] For capacitor of \[4.5\mu F,\]                 \[V=\frac{q}{X}=\frac{36}{4.5}=8volt\]
