    Solution :

    \[\phi =5{{t}^{2}}+3t+16\] Induced emf \[(e)=\frac{-d\phi }{dt}=-[10t+3+0]\] Induced emf in 4 s,                 \[{{e}_{4}}=-10\times 4-3=-43V\] Induced emf in 3 s.                 \[{{e}_{3}}=-10\times 3-3=-33V\] \[\therefore \] Induced emf in 4th \[\sec ={{l}_{4}}\tilde{\ }{{l}_{3}}\]                 \[=43\tilde{\ }(33)\]                 \[=10V\]
