    Solution :

    Ans.  \[\therefore \] Area to be paved with bricks\[=5\times 100+4\times 80-4\times 5\] \[={{800}^{2}}\] So, cost of lying bricks \[=800\times 10=\text{Rs}\,\,\text{8000}\]
