                     According to question, \[H=R\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[\frac{{{u}^{2}}{{\sin }^{2}}\theta }{2g}=\frac{{{u}^{2}}\sin 2\theta }{g}\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[{{\sin }^{2}}\theta =2\,(sin\theta cos\theta )\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[\sin \theta =4\cos \theta \]    \[(\sin \theta \ne 0)\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[\tan \theta =4\] \[\therefore \]  \[\theta ={{\tan }^{-1}}(4)=75.96{}^\circ \approx 76{}^\circ \]
