    D)  Zymase

    E)  Secretin

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

As the food reaches into stomach its proteins as well as the stretching of gastric wall stimulate certain cells of pyloric glands and perhaps, certain cells of duodenal mucosa also (by gastrin hormone) to secrete an inactive compound progestrin. In presence of \[HCl\]it converts into gastrin, which diffuses in the blood. When circulating in blood, it reaches back into the gastric wall and stimulate secretion of gastric juice Enterokinase is an activator enzyme, which ascends up into duodenum and converts the inactive trypsinogen proenzyme of pancreatic juice into active trypsin enzyme. Rennin changes the soluble casein protein of milk into insoluble semifluid calcium para caseinate.
