    Solution :

                    \[\frac{N{{}_{\max }}}{{{N}_{\max }}}={{\left( \frac{v{{}_{c}}}{{{v}_{c}}} \right)}^{2}}\] \[={{\left( \frac{9+1}{9} \right)}^{2}}\] \[={{\left( \frac{10}{9} \right)}^{2}}=1.23\]
