    Solution :

    Capacity of parallel plate capacitor of plate area A is \[C=\frac{K{{\varepsilon }_{0}}A}{d}\] where d is separation between the plates and K the dielectric constant. For air, \[K=1\] \[\therefore \] \[{{C}_{A}}=\frac{{{\varepsilon }_{0}}A}{d}=50\mu F\] ??(i) For oil, \[\therefore \] \[{{C}_{o}}=\frac{K{{\varepsilon }_{0}}A}{d}=110\mu F\] ??(ii) Dividing Eq. (ii) by Eq. (i), we get \[\frac{{{C}_{o}}}{{{C}_{A}}}=K=\frac{110}{50}=2.2\]
