    Solution :

    KE of rotating cylinder \[=\frac{1}{2}I{{\omega }^{2}}\] \[I=\frac{M{{R}^{2}}}{2}\][for solid cylinder] \[=\frac{30\times {{(0.30)}^{2}}}{2}\] \[=15\times 0.09\] \[=1.35kg/{{s}^{2}}\] \[\Rightarrow \] So \[KE=\frac{1}{2}\times 1.35\times {{(50)}^{2}}\] \[=1687.53\]
