     In incomplete dominance, the heterozygous individuals show neither one nor the other of the homozygous phenotypes but is somewhere in between. It is also known as blending   inheritance.   First   case   of incompelte dominance was reported in Mirabilis jalapa by Carl Correns (1903). It has the same genotypic and phenotypic ratio \[(1:2:1)\]in\[{{F}_{2}}\]generation.
