     Organ of sight eye is divided internally consisting a number of structure and two type of filling materials. It wall is composed of three layers/parts/coat; fibrous, vascular and nervous coat. The later consists of three parts, retina, irideal and ciliary part. Retina is composed of two parts; a pigmented part (outer) and a inner nervous part. Nervous part of retina is made up of three layer; a photoreceptor layer which consist rods and. cones; find middle layer is composed of nerve cells and the inner layer constitute ganglion layer cells which form nerve fibres.
