     The accumulation of urea in the blood due to malfunctioning of kidney is referred as uremia. This disorder of excretory system results from the decreased excretion of urea in kidney tubules due to infection by bacteria (nephritis). The excess amount of urea poisons the cells (at high concentratation). Renal calculi (singcalculus) is formed by precipitation   of   oxalate   or   uric   acid Glomerulenephritis is inflamation of glomerule and is caused by drug reaction, bacterial toxin and injury and allow the entry of RBC and protein in filtrate.
