(1) and also               \[{{E}_{2}}\]                       ?(2) Dividing equation (2) by (1), we get \[p\{({{E}_{1}}\cup {{E}_{2}})\cap (\overline{{{E}_{1}}}\cap \overline{{{E}_{2}}})\}\] So,          \[\le \frac{1}{4}\] The ratio of initial and final pressures is 1 : 2.
