    Octahedral complexes of type\[[M{{a}_{2}}{{b}_{2}}{{c}_{2}}]\]and\[[Mabcdef],\,\,[M{{(AA)}_{3}}],\]\[[M{{(AA)}_{2}}{{a}_{2}}],\]\[[M(AA){{a}_{2}}{{b}_{2}}],\]\[[M{{(AA)}_{2}}ab]\] and \[[M{{(AA)}_{3}}]\]show optical isomerism due to asymmetric molecules, octahedral complex of type\[[M{{a}_{4}}{{b}_{2}}]\]and\[[M{{a}_{3}}{{b}_{3}}]\]do not show optical isomerism due to presence of plane of symmetry. Hence\[[Co{{(N{{H}_{3}})}_{3}}C{{l}_{3}}]\]will not show optical isomerism.
