    Solution :

    \[\frac{34+x}{2}=35\]           \[x=36\] \[42=\frac{10+22+26+29+34+36+42+67+70+y}{10}\]\[420-336=y\Rightarrow y=84\] \[\frac{y}{x}=\frac{84}{36}=\frac{7}{3}\]
