    Let \[{{x}_{1}},{{x}_{2}},{{x}_{3}},\]......... \[{{x}_{15}},{{x}_{16}}\] : variables \[\frac{{{x}_{1}}+{{x}_{2}}+..........+{{x}_{16}}}{16}=16\] \[{{x}_{1}}+.............+{{x}_{16}}=16.16\] As per new conditions, Let \[{{x}_{16}}=16\] \[\frac{\left( {{x}_{1}}+{{x}_{2}}+.....={{x}_{15}} \right)+\left( 2+3+4 \right)}{18}=\frac{\left( 16.16-16 \right)+2+3+4}{18}\] \[\overline{X}=\frac{252}{18}=14.0\]
