    \[Cl--\underset{\centerdot \,\,\,\centerdot }{\overset{Cl}{\mathop{\overset{|}{\mathop{P}}\,}}}\,--Cl\] \[(lps+\sigma \text{-}bps=1+3=4)\] hence, hybridisation\[=s{{p}^{3}}\] \[PC{{l}_{3}}\] has \[s{{p}^{3}}\] hybridisation but due to presence of one lone pair, it is pyramidal in geometry. (Inspite of being tetrahedral)
