    Solution :

    Frequency of vibration is given by \[n=\frac{p}{2l}\sqrt{\frac{T}{m}}\]         \[\left( \text{where}\,\,v=\sqrt{\frac{T}{m}} \right)\] \[\therefore \]  \[n=\frac{pv}{2l}=\frac{5\times 20}{2\times 10}=5\,\,Hz\]
