    Solution :

                    The inductive reactance is given by \[{{X}_{L}}=\omega L\] The capacitive reactance is given by                 \[{{X}_{C}}=\frac{1}{\omega C}\] So           \[\frac{{{X}_{L}}}{{{X}_{C}}}=\frac{\omega L}{\frac{1}{\omega C}}={{\omega }^{2}}LC\]
