     In position 1. The stored energy of capacitor \[=\frac{1}{2}C{{E}^{2}}\] In position 2, Heat      \[H={{I}^{2}}(500+300)=\frac{1}{2}C{{E}^{2}}\] \[{{H}_{1}}={{I}^{2}}(500)\] \[\therefore \] \[\frac{{{H}_{1}}}{H}=\frac{{{R}_{1}}}{{{R}_{1}}+{{R}_{2}}}\] \[{{H}_{1}}=\frac{500}{800}\times \frac{1}{2}\times 5\times {{10}^{-6}}\times {{(200)}^{2}}\] \[=60\times {{10}^{-3}}J\]
