    Solution :

    \[{{\upsilon }_{rms}}\propto \sqrt{T}\] \[\frac{{{\upsilon }_{1}}}{{{\upsilon }_{2}}}\sqrt{\frac{273+25}{273+250}}=\sqrt{\frac{298}{523}}\] \[\therefore \]velocity will increase by a factor of \[\sqrt{1.754}\]
