    Solution :

    When capillary tube is tilted through an angle \[\text{,}\] then length of water risen in capillary, \[l=\frac{h}{\cos \,}\] Here         \[=45{}^\circ \] \[\therefore \]  \[l=\frac{10}{\cos \,45{{{}^\circ }^{-}}}10\sqrt{2}cm\]
