    Solution :

    The kinetic energy of gas \[E=\frac{3}{2}nkT\] \[\therefore \]                  \[E\propto T\] \[\therefore \]                  \[\frac{E}{E}=\frac{T}{T}=\frac{400}{300}\] \[\Rightarrow \]                               \[\frac{E}{E}=\frac{4}{3}=1.33\]
