    Solution :

    \[X\propto \frac{1}{T}\] \[\therefore \]  \[{{X}_{1}}{{T}_{1}}={{X}_{2}}{{T}_{2}}\] Hence,  \[{{T}_{2}}=\frac{1.2\times {{10}^{-5}}\times 300}{1.8\times {{10}^{-5}}}=200\,\,K\]
