    Solution :

    Cost price of potatoes \[=\frac{420}{70}=Rs.\,\,6\,\,per\,\,kg\] Now,     Profit percent      \[=\frac{6.50-6}{6}\times 100\] \[=\frac{0.50}{6}\times 100\] \[=8\frac{1}{3}%\]
