    (i) Draw a circle with O as centre and radius \[4\text{ }cm\].
    (ii) Draw any diameter AOB of this circle.
    (iii) Construct \[\angle BOC=60{}^\circ \] such that radius OC meets the circle at C.
    (iv) Draw \[AM\bot AB\] and \[CN\bot OC\].
    Let AM and CN intersect each other at P
    Then, PA and PC are the required tangents to the given circle and inclined at an angle of \[60{}^\circ \] to each other.
