    Solution :

     \[{{i}_{g}}=0.1i\] and \[{{i}_{s}}=i-0.1i=0.9i\] The resistance of shunt Or \[S=\frac{{{i}_{g}}G}{{{i}_{s}}}\] \[=\frac{0.1\times G}{0.9}=\frac{G}{9}\]
