    Solution :

     In series combination, \[R={{R}_{1}}+{{R}_{2}}\] \[=6+4=10\,k\,\Omega \] Error in combination, \[\Delta R=\Delta {{R}_{1}}+\Delta {{R}_{2}}\] \[=\frac{10}{100}\times 6+\frac{10}{100}\times 4\] \[=0.6+0.4=1\] \[\therefore \] \[\frac{\Delta R}{R}=\frac{1}{10}=10%\]
