     \[HCl\]completely ionises as \[HCl+{{H}_{2}}O\xrightarrow[{}]{{}}{{H}_{3}}{{O}^{+}}+C{{l}^{-}}\] \[\therefore \] \[[{{H}_{3}}{{O}^{+}}]=[HCl]=0.03N\] (Given) \[=3\times {{10}^{-2}}N\] \[=3\times {{10}^{-2}}M\] (\[HCl\]is monobasic) \[\therefore \] \[pH=-\log [{{H}_{3}}{{O}^{+}}]\] \[=-(log3\times {{10}^{-2}})\] \[=-(log3+log{{10}^{-2}})\] \[=-(0.4771-2)\] \[=1.5229\]
