    Solution :

     Given\[{{Z}_{A}}:{{Z}_{B}}=1:2\] We know \[v\propto {{Z}^{2}}\] Hence, \[\frac{{{v}_{A}}}{{{v}_{B}}}=\frac{{{(1)}^{2}}}{{{(2)}^{2}}}\] \[{{v}_{A}}:{{v}_{B}}=1:4\]
