    What is the basic difference between inertial mass, gravitational mass and weight of a body?

    Answer:

                    Inertial mass of a body is measure of inertia of the body. It is equal to force required to produce unit acceleration in the body. Gravitational mass of a body is the force experienced by the body in a gravitational field of unit intensity. Weight of a body is the force with which the body is attracted towards the centre of earth.
