Food chain is a sequence of organisms of an ecosystem through which the food and its contained energy passes with each member  becoming the food of a later member of the sequence. Pyramid is a graphical representation of an ecological parameter like number of individuals present in various trophic levels of a food chain with producers forming the base and top carnivores the tip.
