    Answer:

    For x < 0 and x > 0, f(x) = sin x ? cos x. Since and cosine function are continuous function, therefore being difference of two continuous function, f is continuous. At x  = 0                       = 0 ? 1 = ? 1                 Also f(0) = ? 1       Since       Therefore f is continuous at x = 0.Hence f is a continuous function.         Find the values of k so that f is continuous at the indicated point (Ex. 26-29).
