    Answer:

    A.1. This means that with the sisters starting hating the bird, and saying that the bird is a betrayer, it was [the bird's sentence] not a good omen.   A.2. (i)She popped it in a cage.                     (ii)The bird did not sing and one day, was half-dead.   A.3. Because it would not be much enjoyable as it would be if he were free.   A.4. The Princess thought that although it is difficult, one must put his/her lover's happiness ahead of his/her. So she had no other choice but to free the bird. The bird now felt good for singing and sang a beautiful song.   A.5. (i)It helped the bird to be free. (ii) Due to freedom, the bird sang which the princess liked.   A.6. The parrots were, as a result, not free and didn't speak. Thus, the sisters couldn't enjoy their speech.
