Why does 1M HCl solution have a higher concentration of ions than 1M  solution?

    Answer:

1M HCl solution will have a higher concentration of H+ ions that 1M  because its (HCl) molecules dissociate completely hence more H+ ions are produced. Being a weaker acid, molecules of do not dissociate completely, thus H+ ions are less.
