                  (a) During daytime rate of photosynthesis is more than the rate of respiration. The oxygen is given out in day time. At night, due to absence of sunlight photosynthesis will not occur but respiration takes place. So, net result is evolution of carbon dioxide more than oxygen.                                                     (2) (b) The   differences   between   autotrophic   and heterotrophic nutrition are
