(b)The two who dared to cross Lochgyle were the Chieftain of Diva Isle and his lover, Lord Ullin's daughter. (c) Lochgyle is a sea loch which separates  Gribun from Diva. It was unsafe to cross Lochgyle because it was dark and stormy over the dangerous loch.
