(iii) The last line suggests that she is still harvesting and singing. or (i) The song of the solitary reaper is being referred to here. (ii) Perhaps he is unaware of the native dialect in which the girl was singing. (iii) The song had an indelible impression on  the poet's heart and he could hear it even when he was far away from the solitary reaper.
