Enlist the conclusions drawn by Rutherford from his a-ray scattering experiment.

    Answer:

Conclusion of Rutherford's ray scattering experiment are Most of the particles passed un deviated which shows that 'most part of an atom is hollow'.              (ii) Some particles were scattered with large angular deviations which shows that the centre of an atom is positively charged'.                               (iii) A few of these particles were reflected back which showed that they had direct collision with the entire mass and the whole mass of the atom is concentrated in the nucleus.
