somehow agree with Muzaffar's argument. In democracy, the decision is taken
after discussion and keeping in view the welfare of the people. So, the chances
of war are minimised in democracy, but we cannot say that it is not possible.
Some wars were fought between two democracies like India and Pakistan, e.g.,
'Kargil War' when both countries were democratic countries.
