   (i) Do it yourself.               (ii) Do it yourself.                                 (iii) No, it is not possible. It is impossible for all   the voters in my Parliamentary or Assembly Constituency to sit together and have a meaningful discussion. The large number of  voters cannot sit together for taking a   decision.
